On day 1 it was asking me to save the file every time I clicked on a link for a pdf file. I just changed it to 'Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox)' as shown below. That's all you need to do for the about:config area, so feel free to close that tab and start browsing PDFs without any need for an extra plug-in or add-on. It is the built in Firefox PDF viewer I just looked and Firefox was set up to use their viewer for pdf files. After finding it, right-click and Toggle this setting as well. Once you find it in the list, right-click on it and select Toggle. Step 2: Search for from the box near the top of the about:config area.
